| Nibbles front legs after eating... Prince will do this after eating anything. Does your fur-baby do that?

| Layla will if she is given chicken- she is REALLY allergic and the reaction is almost immediate. Could be food allergies. |

| Correction...the Solid Gold that he eats is Wee Bits with bison. The Blue Buff for small breds has chicken. He just ate a little of the Wee Bits (bison) and began to nibble his feet! I wonder if it could be a habit?

Well, if I were you I would still get rid of the chicken- it is a very very common allergen in foods (oh, i don't THINK solid gold has corn or wheat- but just double check- also very common allergens). Then I would go buy some bitter apple and put that on his feet to deter him or (tough call because if he IS itchy- he is going to want to scratch) try and use other methods when he is done eating to get his attention- maybe go for a short walk- or if it were Layla - she LOVES playing ball- so we would do that. Or give him a toy that will get his attention (kong or something like it) so that hopefully he will drop that habit. Also did you check the ingredients of the bison? Sometimes there is STILL chicken in there... grrrrr | |
