| Stuffing in toys Does anybody else's babies pull the stuffing out of their plush toys? I spend about a half hour each week putting their toys back together. |

| Oh yea! What a mess some of them can make. Make sure you find the plastic squeaker, if it's in there. I had to take one away from Poncho. I think thats one of the reasons I have to buy new toys every week! Yorkies! Gotta love them!

| Starsky usually doesn't rip the toys up but my Beagle Haggis does and I can't keep a stuffed toy for very long!!! It's a bummer because Starsky likes them. Starsky will chew holes in plastic toys though, so I don't get those because I don't want him to choke on a little piece. It's hard to please both dogs!!

| Distructive little buggers, ain't they? I have gotten to the point that I make my dogs toys most of the time. I bought canvas for outside use on furniture. I use it to wrap the squeeky in and sew around it. Them I cut a bone, gingerbread man, circle, just some elementary shape and make sure it is big enough after you sew and turn to put the squeeky in. Then just stitch it up. You can buy a strip of plain sqeekies at Pet Smart for a coupla dollars. The canvas is sturdy and tough so their teeth cannot chew thru the squeeky as easily. I have made canvas discs and they love that too. The last ones I made were leopard print ear muffs. Hey, I am Recycled Queen..LOL |
