| Bringing him home My first yorkie was a little girl and i had to put her down this last summer due to a kidney problem that she was born with. She was from a liter of 2... My Miley girl and 1 male... after putting her down and finally deciding to find another pup i started locating a breeder. I finally found one that i'm happy with. I will be bringing a little boy home soon .... i'm a little scared because he is the smallest of the liter... liter if 2 males. I do know that i need to interact a little more with the 2 to decide for sure. but at the moment i'm in love with the smaller one... my question is .... am i just scared because hes small or is there more to be worry about when buying the smaller of the 2? |

| How old is he and how much does he weigh? Does the breeder test her puppies for genetic health issues? |

| he is 6wks and over a pd . . . the parents have no problems and appear to be healthy . . . I plan on getting blood work down ASAP and i have 7 days to let her know if there is a health problem and can have full refund or another pup. They also get a health check from her vet. This little guy i'm interested in is still nursing too. |

| I would let him stay with momma a bit longer than normal if he is tiny. How big are his parents and grandparents? If this is a repeat breeding, how big did the other pups get? He may start to pick up on weight gain soon.
