| Convinced my DH to let Cooper Sleep with US!! I recently convinced my DH to let Cooper sleep with us. I thought I would never be able to talk him into it, but I did!! Actually...I believe Cooper is just so irresistable that HE is the one that convinced him. I am so happy!! He was afraid we would roll over on him, but I shared with him what many of you have said about sleeping with your Yorkies and he finally decided to try it. He works nights and I have even caught him sleeping with Cooper when I get home from work!

| When we talked about getting a puppy, I convinced dh to let the dog sleep with us when we got her. He learned quickly to move his arm over to make sure she was not in the way when he was ready to turn over. He nows does it in his sleep. Now we have Gypsy, Puff (a chi) and Sophie (our new Boston terrier pup in our bed at night.

| Here is a pic of him while we are at one of my daughter's soccer tournaments. We are taking a break and he is resting in his carrier. In the other pic we are waiting for my daughter to get into the car. Don't worry, he rides in his carrier while I drive.

| Congrats on the news! I remember going round and round with the DH about letting Kimbo sleep with us. We debated over the issue heavily for months and he finally caved in a few weeks ago. The first night, we laid down with Kimbo in bed and turned off the lights. Kimbo then began to bark and bark SO LOUD! DH jumped out of bed and hit the lights. There was Kimbo...at the edge of our bed staring down at his little "night night crate". He was pissed because he wasn't in it!!! We put him down from the bed and he ran right in the crate, made his bed and put his little head down. DH and I just stared at each other...did we just get rejected by a 5 month old furball?????!!! yep |

| Welcome to the club!!! Daisy started out in her crate on my nightstand with the door facing my pillow. That worked for a couple weeks, then she started making these funny noises like a geiger counter! They started soft and low, got a little louder . . . then louder . . . until my DH said to let her out. She crawled in bed with us and that was it. I did try putting her back in the crate a few times and told DH to ignore her, but that did not happen. So now she sleeps with her head on his pillow and curled up in his arms! She really knows how to work it. And he is the last guy in the world you would ever expect to sleep with a dog! He can't believe it himself! heehee

| Remy sleeps with us too DH was strongly opposed at first. However Remy won him over Most of the night he is "spooning me", but ends up curled up with Jack by morning. They snuggle in the early AM and Jack gives him an AM belly rub. Its so cute |

| Sophie ended up with us too! How funny! At first, my daughter tried sleeping with her, but she was too young, and couldn't handle getting up with her in the night to let her out to potty. Made her too tired for school the next day! Then we tried letting her sleep in her kennel, but of course she cried enough for us to let her out! Now she's curled up with us, sleeps all night, and everyone is happy! |
