| Bella's first time wearing shoes It's been raining here and I've been bugged about having to clean Bella's paws everytime I took her out to potty so the husband and I went to buy Bella some new shoes. It was funniest thing ever! Bella literally stood still for 30min and when she finally walked, she was falling all over the place and holding her left back leg high in the air. I really need to record this. What was everyone's first experience with shoes on their babies? |

| Lol, that's funny. I've never put shoes on Jackson and most likely never will. He just wouldn't stand for it, LOL.

| The first "booties" I got for Lucas were a really thick fleece and the first time I put them on, I put him back on the hardwood and Schwoooop, he did a Bambi-first-time-on-ice with all 4 legs splatted out. So funny.

| My husband and I bought some of these shoes for water because our mixed breed big dog loves to go in the creek where we live and we were always worried he would get his paws cut or get them injured so when we put them on him, he wouldn't move either, and when he did, he looked like a drunk, he was staggering from side to side and falling down all over the place. and he had his back legs kicking them up in the air and he would hop on one front leg and one back leg while the other side was up in the air. It was tooo funny, we were rolling laughing at him. |

| How did you get her to take to walking in her shoes so fast? I am going to start putting shoes on mine since it's starting to get bad outside so when they do go outside when there is snow on the ground or whatever I dont' have to worry about their paws getting soaked and cold. |

| I was lucky that I didn't really have to get her use to it. Missy enjoys dressing up and being groomed. Such a princess, and SO not like her Mom I have read that you are suppose to start with one shoe for 5 mins, then take it off. Next time do 2 shoes for 5 mins, then take them off, and work your way up. Treats and alot of praise help too. Good Luck!

Bella's improving but she's still not walking right away. It's so cute because I hear a click click click everytime she walks. | |
