| Kinda funny, but you feel quilty for laughing yesterday my mom let nala out when she got home, it was time for her to pick my sis up from school so nala had to come in. mom picked her up and noticed the kept rubbing her face with her paws, then mom started feeling this stinging on her neck.....nala got in fireants she didn't get in them bad but still i'm sure it hurt. mom didn't know what to do so she turned the water on and bathed her until she got them off. i thought it was a lil funny, but at the same time i felt quitly for laughing cause i know it hurt. i was wondering if she got in them again (bad) could it hurt her, make her sick? |

| Eeewwwwww!!!! Oh my!! I am a BIG bug hater!! I can't stand any icky little bugs....fire ants all over sound so awful to me!! I'm glad she got them all off. I'm also glad it is cold enough here in Indy that I don't have to worry about too many bugs right now. Hope she can avoid the pesky little things in the future!! (When I was five I got into an ant home of some sort and hundreds were climbing up my legs and biting me....it was AWFUL!!! I will never forget that! I ran to the garden hose and sprayed them off of me...all the while crying and screaming my head off!! )

| what don't know what fire ants look like?? small red&black (i think) she didn't get in them bad just a few, it was mainly my mom i checked and didn't see a lot of bites/sores etc she didn't even cry. my dad has a small garden in our back yard and i think there was a small ant bed in it and thats where she got them. i looked but can't find it. i just make sure i watch her close if she gets in the garden, can't keep her out of it she loves playing in the dirt |

| i'm not a mean person but it sounds mean by me saying i was laughing at nala. what i thought was funny was the mental picture i had of my mom and nala trying to figure out what was on them, then once the figured it out, trying to get the ants off of them. they weren't covered but still ant bites hurt. i just got a little laugh out of it after i found out everything was ok. |

| I imagined that it could be kinda funny at the time..but be careful, she can have a reaction. Mojo once got bit by a flea at the top of his ear and had a lil bump for weeks and the hair thinned I hope that doesn;t happen to Nala, it is just like an allergy...my vet told me to just put a bit of neosporin in it!! |

| Oh we can tell you are not a mean person at all!! I'm sure if I didn't HATE fireants so much I would have thought it was a little funny too. Bad memories for me....probably for your mom and Nala too, LOL!!
