| keeping puppies warm? I have another question for our baby girl. What would you suggest to keep 10 week old puppies warm when they shiver? A heating pad or lamp they can use and move away from when they are done? Any Suggestions? |

| Shivering may not mean they are cold at 10 weeks of age they are able to keep their body warmth, that is unless they are out in the real cold weather, then a sweater and blanket would be the best thinh. It could be low blood sugar. Keeping the house temperature and a blanket accessable is good, at night I'd make sure that she's a warm place. But, if you'd feel more comfortable adding a heat source a heating Pad is a bit risky at her age, a heat lamp would be better.

| Shivering could be from fear and not cold. At 10 weeks it would have to be pretty cold for her to be shivering indoors. I would also suggest lots of warm fleece, a pile that she can snuggle into. Or even a small crate where their body heat would be contained. |
