| F Yorkie in kill shelter in Lamar,CO Hello, I am new to Yorkie Talk.I have a 5 month old Yorkie who is a joy.I am mostly a lurker and have learned so much how to care for my Teddy. I just saw on the pets in danger website that a F Yorkie is at the Lamar,Co animal shelter. They found her and her friend wandering the streets and noone claimed them. Her friend is a small dog mix. This is a kill shelter due to space. I have three dogs already and live 4-5 hours from Lamar .I am willing to pay adoption fees and care for these dogs.I emailed the yorkie colorado rescue, however:I don't know how often they check their email.I called the shelter to check on these dogs and have not received a call back yet.Maybe my parents in law would take them ,they just lost their peke but they are in their 80's. Any suggestions?Help. |

| Oooh how sad!! I live in Craig that is so far from me as well. If we didn't already have so many animals (4 dogs, 2 cats, and puppies on the way) I would take both of them till I could find a home for them.
