| How to keep bangs out of their eyes? Neko's bangs are always hanging in his eyes. They are not long enough to pull back and I'm not sure I want to have them cut. Any ideas? |

| I use little hair clips, and I buy them at the dollar store. I always take them out at night or when I leave the house. I'm afraid that they will get them out and chew on them. As long as they are supervised, the clips are great |

| Yeah that is the hardest part about their hair gowing, when it is at that stage. Don't cut it or you will never be anle to keep it out of the eyes.

| Thanks for the advice. I think I will try the gel. Neko seems to be able to see just fine, but I like to be able to see his eyes! |

| Afraid he will eat the rubberbands, clips and bows!! I am so scared our seven month old would eat whatever I use to tie his topknot that I just leave it for 20 minutes while I watch him and take it off right away. He acts like a vacuum cleaner trying to find any seed our three birds scatter out of their cages. He has a nick name "the detective" searching every corner and getting whatever he finds in his mouth. I think I will look for the petsilk topknot gel. Are the ingredients safe for their eyes? C.

I checked out the website posted above, but have a question about the product. Does it get sticky? Can the hair be combed out?

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | It hard to describe, it looks like it would get sticky, and when you first put it on the hairs stick together but it's not like hairspray sticky. You don't use it on the whole topknot, just the forehead and nose hairs that are too short and poke in the eyes. I never have a problem combing through it the next day, and it doesn't seem to build up either. I usually put some on my finger and rub on the palm of my hand so I can use very little on the actual hair.
