| Ella is shaved I am so mad and sad. I told the groomer one inch and she practically shaved her it looks awful and the lady didnt even apologize. I have heard a lot of your horror stories but I had such a good experience the first time that I thought the 2nd time would be the same.. it wasn't. It is devastating to pick up your dog and have it look nothing like you pictured.... I am so sorry to anyone this has happened to

| I'm so sorry. I know your baby is still beautiful regardless. Hopefully her hair will grow back faster than you think.

| Aw, I'm sorry. I'm sure she still looks super adorable. Any pics??? Sometimes I think it's good to get the puppy hair shaved, and then you don't have to deal with all that puppy hair!

| I am so sorry l know exactly how you feel. The exact same thing happened to Rockie the last time he was groomed by a new groomer. l was so upset with the outcome of his haircut. She cut it to short and made his nail bleed too. Of course, today l was referred to a new groomer by my co worker. The groomer whose name is Donna was absolutely perfect. l am so happy with how she groomed Rockie. Your furbutts hair will grow back, l'm sure she is still so adorable.

| OMG!!! the same thing happened to me on friday. i am a fairly new yorkie mom. we rescued Sophie in June, she is 2 and was a puppy mill dog. so about how long does it take their fur to grow out? winter is approaching and while i already have sweaters for her I am hoping her winter coat to be longer. so you have all my sympathy...i about cried when i saw how short Sophies coat was. |

| Me too! Tucker's hair was cut WAY shorter than I specified!! So it may not look 100% prefessional, but I like it. When I do it, I know what I'm gonna get and I get a little better each time. Unfortunatly it has taken a year for his hair to grow back and I can say with a fair amount of certainty that he'll never go to a groomer again. |

| Just remember it is hair and it will grow back! Rocco was shaved this weekend....he tends to be curly and his legs were a bit of a mess and i told the Groomer yesterday to go ahead and shave him. My husband was mad at me, but I said in two months it will be great! Rocco has been in and out of the pool so much the last month, throw a camping trip in and i was away for a few days and.....I just didn't want Rocco to go thru dealing with a snarl comb out. His little skinny body and little butt is really cute. I will post a picture if I ever get my camera charged!

| I NEVER thought I would be writing this but I was in your shoes are few months back and I was , to say the least DEVESTATED!! I didnt want to take Laci to the groomers because she HATES Kennels and I dont care for them either so I found a groomer that comes to your house...she was actually at a yorkies benefit locally... well I made this appointment and was sooo excited to have her groomed right in her own home... She did ask me to leave the room because Laci wanted to jump towards me off her grooming table... anyways I put her own brush and her elastic and her bow on the counter.. told her several times ONLY A TRIM.. HER IS HER BOW.. well I came back in she cut her top know off sooooooooooo short... gave her like a visor.. I was crying and soooo sooo sad... but I will tell you this , it has grown back pretty fast and I expect will be long again around Christmas time... Soooo very sorry this happened to you , I know just how devastating it is!!
