| Can you help with topknot band? Hi I've posted on grooming board but its quiet over there: I am struggling to get Toby to let me put a topknot in. He is 5 months old. His hair is fine and silky and everything seems to slide out. It is really really annoying his eyes at the minute, so I need suggestions. He hates me putting the bands in. The ones I have at the minute need about 6 twists, but he only puts up with about three twists. So it is always loose, and falls out. I have also tried baby snap clips, but again, these have fallen out. I am going to try smaller bands. Been looking at Lainee bands, which I can get here in the UK. I am thinking 1/4" - would this size be ok? There are some slighty smaller and bigger. Then there are 3 different weights - light, medium and heavy - which of these is best. They also do "Show Off" bands. Here is the website I can purchase from. HUB International (Mr & Mrs G Urquhart) Latex Bands Could you also recommend a face comb. Toby has very weeping eyes (probably because I cant get his hair up), so his face is wet a lot of the time, with gunk around his eyes.

| I don't use a brush on the face, the risk for scratching the eyes is too great. I use a small facial comb.
