| My puppies ears started going up at 7 weeks and by 8 weeks, all the pups ears were up. But I have heard others say it can take as long as 16 weeks. I would suggest you shave the tips of his ears as that should help. |

| Toby's ears were up at about 13 weeks but they're both down again. I think as long as they're teething they can go up and down. |

| Izzy Bee's went up around 11-12 weeks. I took her to the groomer and just had them shave the back of the ears about 1/2 way down, and the next day they were up. I know each dog is different, but it helped hers stand up.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | All of mine have had their ears up when I got them at 9 weeks. I have never had any of them have their ears go down. Are some born with up ears? I have had Yorkies since 1970 and never thought about when their ears go up before.

| Lacey's were up by 5 wks. I think she was some type of super puppy or something though because from what I've read she's done everything earlier than some. I do know that my breeder started taping her puppies at 6wks. though. |

| I got Zena at 8 weeks; one ear up and one down. After massaging the down ear one night about one week later, it came up the next morning. I like up ears better. I can read her emotions by her ears easily. I love it when she lays them back while running towards me when playing fetch. But, I would love her just the same either way I suppose. ~CD |
