Must have Two!! I had to post this....not informative or helpful in any way, but I am home alone with my girls and had to share with people who would appreciate. I recently posted about stressing over rescuing a Maltese Shih tzu mix and my worries with my 2 yo Yorkie who has been our baby, ruler of the roost, even Ceasar (the dog whisperer) would say we had serious pack issues. lol Well, two weeks later, the girls are doing great. Cooper is a tough gal to potty train but she and Maddie are becoming buddies! However, our new delima is we had to have two identical toys of everything! We had to get two rope bones, two 'Mad Cows", two squeaker turkeys etc. Whatever one girl gets the other wanted. Now when one gets her toy the other will go off to find hers. It is sooooo cute! They sit and look at each while chewing on identical toys.

| I am happy to hear that they are all getting along. We did the same thing- we bought two of all our toys so there was no fighting! It is so funny when they both are chewing the same ones!

Aaawwww that is the cutest story ever!! It reminds me of my nieces/nephews when they were little. I never bought a present for one without getting the VERY SAME THING for the other too or there would be hell to pay. lol How cute they copy what the other is playing with!

That is hilarious!!! What innovative thinking you have to get identical toys..I just wish I could get inside their heads when they steal each other's toy and then look at each other and see the same toy....They must be thinking whaaaaaaaaat??????? Toooooo funny, thanks for sharing

Good thinking! I have the same problem, but they still fight, max's wants anything miley has even when it's the same toy, bone, rope , ball you name it. He will chew up his bone and than take her's away , I have to get between them. She will not fight him back, and he always win, I go nuts. LOl bark@ulater! manina, miley, max
