| I'm Getting Married and My Yorkie doesn't like His new dog-sister-Help! My Yorkie is 2 and his sister to be is a 2 year old Coon-hound. She looks like an oversized Beagle. Anyway, they both seem to think I belong to them and whenever one touches me, the other gets mad. Usually they ignor each other, but not when one is trying to get in my lap or something. The other thing is, sometimes my Yorkie will hide under the coffee table, and when the other dog walks by, he jumps out and snaps his teeth at her like he was trying to bite her. She just jumps and looks at him as if she cant figure out what she did wrong. He doesn't growl or anything, just snaps his teeth. What can we do to help them get along? I try to pet them both and speak softly and let them know they are both good and both my babies. I try not to let either one sit on the furniture so the other does not become jealous, etc. I need advice please. Jennibean |
