| Weird, but cute, Behavior... So, whenever I give Baxter a bone, he'll chew on it for a like second before he picks it up in his mouth and carries it over to me and just drops it in my lap. Only when I hold his little bone will he begin to chew on it contentedly. When I drop it, or move it to another spot close to me, he'll go over and get it and bring it back to me and insist I hold it for him! Now, how spoiled is that! Any of your furbabies do this? Or any other strange and spoiled behavior?

| I hold George's chews and wish i hadn't started that as now he's only happy if I hold it for him, he follows me around the house and at work and drops them by my feet and moans and groans till I pick it up and hold it for him. It is a good time to get extra cuddle though as he is so intent on chewing

Thor's Human Donating Member | This isn't especially stange behavior, but Thor gives out a definitive snort when things are not to his liking. If I give him bad food (read: healthy kibble or treats), he huffs at it, waits to get my attention, and does it again. "Mom, did you hear me? I said SNORF!" Also, when he reeeeeally wants something, he'll start to give out little whimpers, then louder ones, and then he opens his mouth and cries like an honest to god human child. It's the most pitiful sound you've ever heard.

| Stella does this, but with ice cubes. She's discovered how fun/tasty ice cubes are to play with, but with one catch. When she wants to chew on it, I have to hold it for her because apparently, ice cubes are cold for little puppy paws. By the time she finishes, my hands are half frostbitten and there's a giant pool of water on the floor. But at least she had fun |

| Toby get his chew and paces all over the house looking for a place to "hide" it. He usually ends up on the couch covering it up with his blanket or a throw pillow, then sits and barks at me. I go and "search" for it, all the while his tail is going a mile a minute and he keeps going to where it is. I make a big deal out of finding it and telling him what a good job he did. Then we start the game all over again. He has me VERY well trained.

YT 500 Club Member | Alfie does the same thing with his raw hide chews, though he's now prfectly capable of holding them himself, and does when he wants. But sometimes he'll bring me his chew and drop it in my lap, I put it back by his feet, he drops it in my lap... Well you get the picture, I can keep in going for several minutes or until he gives me the o.kay mom enoughs enough, just hold it will you. Makes me laugh everytime. |
