| Show Coat For those of you who keep your yorkie with the long hair--do you have a problem with the BM getting caught/tangled in the hair on the way down?? It happens periodically with Piper, and I noticed lately that it's been happening more(so out of frustration, I snipped a few strands off with the poo--normally I just shake her butt to try to get it to fall off, or I wash her bootie). I do shave her butt area, all the way down to her vajayjay--she has a very beautiful tail with hair bascially to the floor and then her leg hair is the same way. She is a cotton coat--very thick hair. |

| Sometimes it does and sometimes not! My boy does the little chicken scratch action after he poos and so it almost always falls off if it is caught in the tail hair. It's the price you pay for a full coat...........but oh so worth it to me. But it happens with my maltese as well and sometimes I have to give the back tail hair a little shake to get it off........again, the price you pay for a full coat.

| What I do with mine is I shave the area right around the rectum and that helps a lot But every once in a while you'll have to clean down there
