Donating YT 500 Club Member | Whimper I was attempting to change the batteries in one of Taffy's toys while my husband held her and she whimpered as though I was taking her firstborn. It wasn't a bark nor a yelp but more of a whimper as if I was killing the toy or something. She also whimpers like that when she's looking for a place to hide a piece of food or when one of us leaves the room. It's almost a human whimpering sound if that makes sense...not at all like a dog sound. It's an eerie sound coming from a puppy. Does anyone else have a Yorkie that whimpers? Shoot, maybe she's psychic since I couldn't get the toy put back together correctly and she was mourning my inevitable destruction of the toy. Don't worry though...I had a brand new one on standby. |

| Jackson does this sometimes! Usually only when I give him a pig ear... he walks around whimpering/crying trying to find a place to bury it. It's THAT sacred to him lol.
