| Do you take your yorkie camping? We went camping this past week and it was amazing. We took Roxie and Ryder with us and they had a blast at the campground and the beach. The only issue we really had was that the smell of the smoke from the campfire freaked Roxie out so she had to be in her pen at night, Ryder was fine with everything, he really enjoyed the long walks and all the things going on. I was just curious as to others adventures in the outdoors with their poochies.

| We camp ALL the time. Layla goes with us sometimes. We camp to rest and relax. We don't get to sleep in if she goes. So sometimes she goes and sometimes she stays home. She wakes me up early needing to go to the bathroom. So before you get upset with me, just know that our home is equiped with an automatic doggy door. So at home she can let herself out anytime without waking anyone. If I could install one on the camper and keep her from running off, she would go all the time. We love her bunches but sometimes she just has to stay home with her grandma. So to answer your question, sometimes. |

| I have taken Roxie several times- but Ryder is not much of a rider he does not like the car so he has to stay at home with his nana. We were just in the Grand Haven area just north of Grand Rapids.

| I'm glad someone posted this. We want to take the pups camping. We tried it out in our back yard first. We have pretty thick forest behind our house and thought it'd be a good place to start. They did ok, but Finnigan barked at every twig snapping. I think if we go we'll try to find a campsite away from others so if they bark they don't disturb other campers.

Senior Yorkie Talker | We took our babies camping a few weeks ago. Princess loved it. She loves car rides, travel, outdoors. She's a party on the go. Price HATES camping, really not big on car rides. He likes indoors and stays there.

| We just took ours camping for 2 weeks--she LOVED it. Esp. all the digging! We traveled for almost 3 weeks total--loved it all! She also went in her bag into museums, restaurants etc......she was a hit whenever she peeked out! She decided she was a big dog and loved hanging her head out of the window in the car!! TOO FUNNY! |

| I took my guys camping and my boyfriend at the time made them stay out of our tent said their nails would tear holes in the floor or the mattress or something. There was another girl there that had dogs so we set up an xpen and attached it to a little tent and they had their own tent. But my babies barked all night so they got to spend the next night in the tent with their mommy. Aren't they smart little guys Whitney |
