| Anxious About Boarding My Beloved Bella! We recently added Bella to our family, totally unexpected pleasure. We had a 12 day trip planned prior to her adoption. Now, we have no family in the area or friends willing to take her. So, we are faced with boarding as she can not come with us. Please give me feedback about what I can expect. I can't imagine her in a kennel for the entire time with little human interaction. We are in the Rochester, NY area (Waterport) and I can't find a person to come to our home and stay with her or a pet sitter that does it in their home. I am worried and anxious and the trip isn't until August. Will she survive being boarded without lasting/permanent emotional and physical damage? I need words of wisdom and encouragement. Thanks ahead of time for your support. |
