| Getting muzzle hair to grow Hello, My groomer ended up cutting Rocky's muzzle hair shorter that I wanted Does anyone have any tips for getting the hair to grow back faster? It seems to be taking forever. Often, he is licking his muzzle too, so I'm wondering if that is keeping the hair from growing in. Thanks! Last edited by aliw0913; 06-14-2009 at 05:59 PM. |

| I'm not sure there is any secret to it other than to keep them on a good diet. I've read some claim the use of Solid Gold's Seameal helps in keeping their coats and skin nice but I've also read of it upsetting the belly of others. So any supplements good for the coat and skin that your dog takes to without issue might work. Much like people growing facial hair or hair in general... it might just be a hormonal thing and I am not sure what you can do to help it along. But on a healthy dog, it will all grow back in time! I hope someone with the answers can help you on this one. Good luck! |
