| Question about hair around eyes I emailed my breeder about how Tyler's eyes seem to run ALL THE TIME and how I wondered if I should take him to the vet about this. She said when he goes in for his shots to ask about it but if there was hair growing in his eyes it would be good to cut it. Well there is... but isn't that hair trying to grow out or will it stay short? I want to cut it if it's bothering his little eyes but if it's suppose to grow long then maybe there's something else I can do to keep it out of his eyes. |

| Both of mine have watery eyes - I think it's due to allergies. Max's face hair was cut once and they were still watery. IF you do cut the hair there - it will be nasty growing it out. I used Pet Silk Top Knot gel to keep Max's hair down - it's nongreasy.

| No, that is the part i suggested to use the Vaseline on.. I sometimes rambling when I post.. sorry for the confusion. I used that on mine when they were tiny puppies and I wanted to grow it out and it does make the hair greasy but I had it on hand and it worked like a charm

No, that part doesn't go up in the topknot You've got it right the way it is. Just try to wet that area down like you would train your own hair. Whenever he's by you just try keep rubbing it downwards. I just googled it and this is what I came up with. Pet Silk Topknot Gel - Google Search= I think Tiger's Mom (Des) might carry it. Her website is go.fetch™ Oh, it looks like she's sold out

| You can see pretty good in this picture where the topknot starts, Coco does have some fly aways though. LOL

| Nope, I do them between the ears too if I can. We were still in growing out mode so Coco's band is down where it is keeping the shorter hairs in
