| He's a good healthy weight. I think he will be about 6 1/2 to 7 lbs. Its good that hes on meds for the kennel cough. It can take awhile to get over it. Like up to a month

| Oh I am so sorry your baby is sick. I have never had to deal with kennel cough, apparantly you have had the baby to the vet if he is on medication. Hope he gets well soon Welcome to YT!!! I'm sure someone on here will give you advice, they are very nice and helpful folks. I would guess your baby will be 7-8lbs, that is still a very small dog

| Yes, he is a big boy -- you usually double the 12 week (3 month) weight to get the guesstimated adult weight -- so he is looking to be around 7-8 pounds. They can fool you on the weight chart though. It is not uncommon for them to over or under-shoot the charts. Mine have run pretty close to the double the 12 week rule though. Not sure on the kennel cough as I have not dealt with it either. I bet if you do a search for kennel couch in the Yorkie Health & Diet Forum you will find what you are looking for.

| My sons Jack Russel escaped and got picked up by the doggie police. He ended up getting Kennel Cough. He had to go to the vet and get medication too. His little cough was so pathetic! It didn't seem like it took to terribly long to notice an improvement. |

| Mine all got a bout of kennel cough and it took about a month for it to go completely away. I felt awful when they coughed like they couldn't breath.
