| What do you think, Yorkie or Silky? Hi everyone! My family and I got a terrier puppy last fall, and recently we've become curious of just which terrier he really is! Bubba is 12lbs, and about 9 inches at the shoulder, give or take an inch. He turned 1 yr old this April. Ive attached some pics of our boy, I'd love to hear everyones opinions One thing, Im not sure if this will help much, but the cameras flash makes him look extra shiney. Hes much more of a dull black and silver in real life, like in the first picture. |

| I would say silky just because I believe yorkies are more boxy shaped and silkies tend to have a longer body. Plus, I've heard silkies get a little bigger than yorkies. Mine is a silky/yorkie, according to the person I got her from. Mine definitely has a long little torso. Love the pics! Bubba is adorable! Oh, and welcome to YT!

| I think he looks like a yorkie to me. Silky's have more of a pointed face. In fact he looks like a bigger version of my Bobby, who is 9lbs |

| IMO, he looks like a yorkie. I believe this by how he looks in his face . His muzzle is that of a yorkie. There are many YTer's on here that have larger yorkies> He is a handsome boy!
