| Teddy's Odd Behavior?? Help? This morning while in bed I heard Teddy sort of making a hacking noise as if he was going to vomit. I jump up to see what was going on and he is like walking around in circles in front of the closet door and then just collapses to the floor! I was panicking! I went and picked him up and he was limp but still breathing. I was yelling at my bf "somethings wrong with Teddy, somethings wrong with Teddy" so he jumped up and picked him up and yelled "Teddy"! After that it's like Teddy snapped out of it and jumped up like nothing happened. He was barking at me like crazy like whoa what's going on and was running around! I'm so confused as to what was going on with him. My bf says that the hacking noise that I heard sounded more like a muffled bark as if maybe the dog was sleep walking or having a dream??? I checked around for any unusual bowl movements or vomit and found nothing so I don't suspect that he is feeling bad. Help? If you have had a similar occurrence with your baby please chime in! Or just let me know what you think exactly might have been going on with Teddy! Thanks so much yall! |

| Interesting. I haven't had anything like this happen. Hopefully someone with a similar situation will chime in before too long

| It sounds like it could have been a seizure, or less worrying he may have, or be getting kennel cough, because it's airborne. That's what happened to my guys. I thought they were dying too. Hope this helps.

| Well did they continue to act like that?? Cause he has been fine ever since that happened. It was odd because he started like barking like crazy haha and was wired after he snapped out of this. Should I take him to the animal hospital or just keep a close eye on him?? I'm confused!! |
