Hand puppets Does anyone else's yorkie go nuts over hand puppets? About six months ago, I found a lion hand puppet at a garage sale. I bought it thinking I would have fun with the boys with it. They love the darn thing so much that I went and bought three others. Now we have the lion, a cow, a mouse and a princess. When I put them on my hands and "act" with them, the boys go insane! Has anyone else used hand puppets with their pups?

Yes, yes, YES! We just got a cow hand puppet (named him Moo!) yesterday! Yoda loves it! Always jumps at it, bites it, wants to play with it... We also have a few others too, the puppets that DON'T work too well are the string ones (like you control from above), as the strings get all tangled, and Yoda chewed that one up pretty good. It's a hoot to watch him play with the hand puppets though, it's fun entertainment too!

Wow...that is cool. I have to go and get one now. I can well imagine how they would like them. I have a furby that does all these things, talks, moves, etc., and they were insane over it. I had to put it up...they wanted to eat it. lol

I have one and my dogs love it too. However, sometimes they get so excited they bite hard and it hurts.

| Chewy LOVES this thing: http://www.canineconcepts.co.uk/item...Puppet--puppet It's plushy, but has a sturdy fabric, and it squeeks. It's his all-time favorite toy. One lasts about 1-2 months. Eventually he kills it and rips out its squeaking heart. Oooh...this site has more variety and is the brand I am familiar with: http://www.thepamperedpup.com/shopping/treats-toys2.htm I think I want the rabit! Last edited by Hamoth; 09-15-2005 at 03:14 PM.
