♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Be honest, what naughty human food have you fed to your furbaby? Come on I think we are all a bit guilty of it now and again.I don't mean good food like scrambled eggs, meat ect I mean naughty food the kind they beg you to let them try with their beautiful brown eyes. Tia was in the garden with her daddy and I said what has she got can you check her mouth(she picks up all kinds out there) he said its ok its a Ritz buiscit. What! Don't worry ,he said I wouldn't let her have the salt on it I dunked it in this glass of water first. She was loving it . I went into lecture mode when my 17 yr old skin kid said , mum she willl be fine , she has had some of my crisps the other day.OMG you can't do that I said ,just because our border collie would devourer anything, these little dogs have delicate stomaches. Guilt did overcome me and I had to admit letting her try a little toast the other morning. do any of you have any guilty food secrets?

Thor's Human Donating Member | Gosh, where to begin.... Probably the worst is I let him have crumbs from Starbucks muffins every so often. He LOVES going in there and hoovers the entire floor if I let him. I've probably let him have little bits of french fries too. Oh, and bacon bits. Teensy, tiny ones, I swear! Recently I've been much stricter about not giving him any human food because he pees every time I eat in hopes of getting a bite. I thought designating a consistent treat might help with the potty obsession, and it has, kind of.

| I really try not to treat Couver too much with human food. He does not really know what it is, so he does not beg... and it is nice! I have given him the smallest piece of meat before, but he has a sensitive stomach, so I really limit him. My mom also has a pup that has a weight problem, so I really do not want this to be something that happens to Couver. I'd rather be safe than sorry!

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | Just wanted to make it clear that by no means does Tia get fed human food on a regular basis .Dogs have their food and we have ours. Im talking about the one off time when they are cuddling you and you are eating something and you sneak them a small piece. When we sit for dinner she takes herself off to her bed and has never begged for food. I don't want to be bashed for mistreating a dog here lol.

Couver has a piece of meat when he is in his bag and behaving well. I just am really careful because he once got a little bit of macaroni salad at a bbq, and he vomited when we got home. I know a lot of people on here that feed vegetables though!

| Well, besides the stuff they CAN eat ( raw carrot, veggies, fruits), i give bits of bread (not wheat now that I know!), bits of cheese. But once! oohh!!! we eat fast food in the car ALL THE TIME!!! (She stays in the back seat till we're done,) She found an OLD GROSS HARD CRUSTY CURLY FRY FROM ARBY'S(it was weeks old)!!! I said what do you have in your mouth??!!! I pulled it out, oh how she growled!!! I tapped her on her hip and said NO! She was so mad!!! Another time there was a piece of El Pollo loco chicken wing bone on the floor she found (courtesy of bro in law...) Ohh she was soooooooooo mad when I took it away from her! That's the last thing they should have is cooked chicken bone!!!

| HmM Lets see, i let Marley have stuff in little bits.. and she does beg ( sometimes she barks at me and my DH at the dinner table ), shes spoiled ( all my fault ) she has tried.. steak, cheeseitz, tomatoe sauce, chicken noodle dinner baby food, carrots, greenbeans, cheese, porkchops, chicken, cauliflower( didnt like it) and my DH said she ate a piece of his beef jerky.. uHmM let me see, i think thats it! I know that sounds horrible, but she always eats her kibble, and these are considered treats to me..after she eats her dog food.
