| MY Petco Adventure Yesterday was the very first time I could take Laci to Petco and actually let her walk on her leash, as she just finished her shots. Well we go in and everyone was like Ohh, look at her etc.. Along comes a girl with a little boy Yorkie he was soo cute 1 years old, his name was Oliver, Laci was waggin her tail and doing a little dance and little Oliver came up to her and bit her face sooo hard and would NOT Let go. Olivers Mom had to peel his mouth off of her, she was so scared. I dont want her to be afraid of other dogs so that really was aweful..she was really shaking afterwards. She plays with other dogs all the time and this has never happened. I hope it wont effect her going to the dog park anymore

| Oh I sorry this happened to little Laci, poor baby! I hope she'll be okay with new dogs. I would think that if she's around other dogs, she should be okay. Hugs to little Laci.

| Aw, poor thing! Jackson was bit by a Black Lab in the same type of situation except out in our yard (loose dogs *rolls eyes*) except the Black Lab ripped one of Jackson's permanent teeth out and cut his nose. He was yelping for ten minutes. I was worried about the same thing - that he would become scared of other dogs and I really didn't want that because he LOVES other dogs of all kinds! It didn't affect him at ALL! He still loves every dog he comes across.

| Oh wow, Is Laci ok? I really hope the owner apologized to you. She shouldn't be bringing her dog out if he is aggressive like that. The fact that he bit Laci so hard and didn't let go? usually it's a little growl or snap, but to lock up his jaw? that's a bad sign.

| OMG little Laci must've been so scared. Was she injured at all? What did the other dog's owner say to you?

| Laci was fine really just scared her little heart was pounding pretty bad.. it was strange, the owner didnt really come out and apologize just said Oliver your a naughty boy... I wasnt really paying to much attention to her at that point I was more concerned about Laci, I have never heard her let out a yelp like that.. and I was trying to remain calm to keep Laci calm. The dog was a brat because Laci did nothing to him, she was just wagging her tail and lovin all the attention she was getting in the store.. She is always around other dogs and was fine today when my neighboors dog came outside he is a peekineese( sp) she didnt back up or anything she walked right over and played with him... As for Oliver his mom shouldnt bring him him in public, he is lucky it was a tiny dog like laci and not a bigger more aggresive dog that would have bit him back.. Thank you everyone for caring

Donating YT 500 Club Member | So sorry this happened to Laci! Hope it will not affect her behavior towards other dogs! Nolee is somewhat aggressive toward other dogs, but I don't let him near them and I let the owners know. Most of the time I just put him in a shopping cart.

| We had a similar issue with our daughters 2 year old Silky on Saturday only he didnt lock his jaw. Just kept jumping up and biting Laddy on the snout. I was afraid of the same thing but when our neighbors boxer came to visit the next day Laddy was just as friendly as ever. |
