| Can some one help with Pekineese ( sp) I thought someone might be able to help me help my neighboor, she is legally blind, she has a little pekinese dog , he is really cute, I see her every morning while she stands out front with her dog.. she said he keeps licking his front paws, so she asked me to look at them , they are red raw , I mean really really bad , he was sort of walking softly on them like tippy toeing. She cant see how bad they are so she did say she was taking him to the vet tomorrow when her sister comes. I offered to take her today but no appointments.. she said she has been feeding the same walmart , food forever.. any suggestions as to what else might cause this... I let Laci play with him so now Im a nervous wreck!! |

This may be off the wall, but Molly stepped in some ants once that bit her little feet. Probably not the cause, but just a suggestion. You are such a good neighbor for helping out! | |

| My dog picked up something from fallen leaves and known wildlife area (fox, racoon, opossum) that started with him licking his feet, and crustiness around the edges of his ear. My vet suggested using Revolution for at least 2 treatments as it kills mites, in addition to a slew of other things, and it saves from having to do skins scrapings to determine what it is.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Could be allergies from food or environment. Hopefully the vet will give her something for it. That is very sweet of you to help her.
