| Felt Terrible DD and I took Ramsey for his 2nd series of shots and his first rabies shot tonight. He did not like them much at all and yipped the entire way out of the office and all the way to the car. DD almost cried. We stopped on the way home and got him a doggy bowl of ice cream. He loved that but only ate about a fourth of it. I don't know if I can take having him neutered. |

| Wow, I am surprised the vet gave him those shots together. My vet gives the rabies shot separately. My little one is 5mths. old and weighs 1.8lbs. The vet is going to hold off the rabies shot til she hits 2lbs. I would say your baby is pretty sore. I hate it when my babies get there shots. You hate to see them in pain Hope your baby gets to feeling better.

| Thanks. He's very tired right now and I know I'm not going to get much sleep tonight because I'll be worried about him. |

| Oh sorry, that should have said a doggy ice cream bowl. They just give out a small dish of soft serve vanilla ice cream with a little doggy bone in it. Ramsey's not interested in the bone at all, but he did like the ice cream. |

| I too felt so bad when Sweet Pea had her 2nd series of vaccines, within the hour she was yelping in pain, so the vet had me give her 1ml of Benadryl 3 times per day. By the 2nd day she was feeling much better. Just yesterday she had her Rabies vaccines, i gave her 1ml of Benadryl 2hrs before the shot and 2 more doses yesterday so far today she is not yelping in pain. I did feel so bad (yep i cried while she was getting the vaccines) i was dreading the Rabies vaccine, but so far so good.

| I'm happy to report that Ramsey is doing great. I expected him to be tired and sleep a lot today, but instead he's quite himself (chasing after the cat, chewing on our pant legs, etc.). He slept most of the night with his head resting on top of mine, which was fine with me because I could keep tabs on him easily. |

| The vet gave Bailey's rabies w/ her other shots. It took her about 4 days to recover. Bailey never yelped in pain or anything like that, she was just groggy for several days. I'll never let that happen again! I was so worried during those days. I'm glad Ramsey is feeling better.
