| My little girl has not grown since she was 6 or 6 1/2 mos. She was 1 1/2 lbs at 5 1/2 mos and is now 10 mos and stays between 2 and 2 1/2 lbs. My guess is that little guy is about done growing. My guess would be no more than 3 1/2 lbs if he even makes it to that |

| Sounds like he will stay small. Probably not more than 4- 4.5 lbs. That is a nice size. Any smaller and they are more of a worry. Best of luck! |

I believe that my Pierre was the runt... he is about 9 month and 4 lbs and 10 oz. I hope he doesn't get much bigger... I am hoping to get another Yorkie in the next 6 months... hoping for a small one again... just curious!! =) Last edited by Natalie Marie; 04-20-2009 at 08:23 AM. |

| I would guess he will stay under 4 lbs. My yorkie was 1.5yrs when I got her and 4.5lbs which is a great size, I would be scared with anything smaller. |

Phantom Queen Morrigan Donating Member | Hi, Welcome to YT!! My guess is that he will grow a little bit more and you may be looking at 4lbs which is a nice size. When mine was young she stopped growing tall when she was around that size and just filled out nicely. she's 4.4lbs at 3 years old and have been that way since she was about a year old.

Note that all Yorkies is a toy breed. They are just to be under 7lbs but sometimes they do get bigger. Just not what the standard is to be. | |
