| Breeders-Question about baby teeth? To all of the yorkie breeders on the forum, I have a question for you. Penelope is just a bit over 6 months old. She has lost all of her baby teeth between the canines on the bottom. Now, my question. None of the secondary teeth have grown in, is this normal? I have never encountered this with my poodles. It is normal for the secondary teeth to push the baby teeth out, but to lose the teeth without the second set coming in is unusual to me. Any feedback would be appreciated, I'm not sure if I need to call my vet yet, but her gumming me actually bothered me! |
