| Puppyfind It seems that many yorkie owners belong to puppyfind even those who may not be currently looking for a pup. Could you share with me your reasons for joining. Thanks |

| We love yorkies! In addition, we hate to see any yorkie without a good home and someone to love and protect them for the rest of their lives. Some of us are looking for additional yorkies. Others simply try to help direct others to these yorkies who may not know they are available for adoption.

| Karen, are you thinking of Petfinder? I just wondered because you used the word adoption...Puppyfind is usually dogs for sale. I joined Puppyfind to try and find a breeder in my area - they are hard to find in NJ. I ended up finding one a different way and now just go there to look at pictures of puppies. Be careful though, people have been scammed on Puppyfind and I've heard that some are puppymill puppies.

I was looking at puppyfind this morning, and I got 1 email back - from somebody in Nigeria. I quickly replied - NO THANKS! I know that scams often come frm Nigeria. So I agree - be careful on Puppyfind!

| I've bought a couple of puppies off Puppyfind and everything turned out ok. Met a couple of very nice breeders whom I still keep in touch with...but I agree you have to be careful. I still go on there because I never get tired of looking at puppies. Puppyfind sends me a daily e-mail of their new additions...its just fun to look. |
