| Proper Care I have a backyard neighbor who keep their Yorkie outside in a kennel 22/7 most of the time and 24/7 when they are out of town on the weekends. The kennel is large with food and water, but the little dog is penned up outside and alone most of the time. I'm concerned. Is there any information addressing this issue that I can use or give to my neighbor? |

I would give her a visit from the local animal police is what I would give her. That is neglect in its cruelest form. I would sit her down and explain that this is not proper care period. Then I would do whatever needed to be done to get that little one a proper home. | |

| why in the world would you get a yorkie and do this? I feel so guilty just working all day and leaving him inside by himself |
