| Help picking pup I have been looking for another pup, and my head is telling me to go for a male, so that I cant compare it to Millie, but my heart is telling me a female. Once I get one, I know I wont care, but there is one I seen with only one female left. Would you go to look at this? I assume the litter mates are gone, so I wont be able to see how it reacts with the litter mates etc. I like the look of the parents, though in the photo the breeder sent, the fathers ears were down. Would I be better going to someone that had both males and females so I can compare the pups against each other?

| It would be better if you let the pup choose you instead of you choosing him or her . |

| just thought I would comment about the ears. Both of Baxter's parents ears were flying high! His daddy had the biggest ears sticking straight up. Baxter is lazy and refuses to pick up his ears unless the notion strikes. They both flop. So I wouldn't necessarily use the parents ears as an indicator of what the pup's ears will do. When we got Baxter - he and one other little boy were left in the litter. Baxter came and sat in my lap the whole time and was like - here I am, here I am. The other pup hid in the corner and even threw up! Baxter definitely picked me! |

| Just go if you want to and be brepared to tell the people you want to think about it for a day if you don't feel a connection, if you do go there you will know if it is right.

| I am just unsure if there is one pup, that it will be harder to see if its drawn to me. With a few pups, it will be obvious if one comes over more than others, but with one, I think it might be hard to tell. THink I will fall in love with any pup I see, cos they are all so gorgeous. Though if I dont like the parents faces I wont pick the pup. I want a wee cutie.

| I thought I would be able to leave and think it over and go back the next day. Fortunately I was only 9 miles from the breeder. But - no dice - I had to take him home that night. So I understand that you have that fear. |

| When ever I go to pick a pup I always have the owner put all the pups in a room and I watch and paly with them Usually, your pup wil pick you My Mike came over and barked at me .... wanting me to play with him My Zach had the cutest big rabbit ears But when you see them all together you'll have more of a sense of which one is right for you
