| In Loving Memory of Kady I lost my 16 yr old yorkie on Friday the 13th. She started having some senility issues about a year ago-they got worse about 3 months ago so she was put on several different medications but to no avail. I took her to her vet on the 12th to see if we could change her medication or something but after examining her he thought that she might have a brain tumor also. On Friday night she started seizing. She had 3 seizures before we got to the emergency clinic and when we got there she couldn't keep her tongue in her mouth. In the past month her quality of life had gone downhill so much that I made to decision to have her euthanized. Kady we love you and we miss you with all of our hearts We'll seen you again some day. |

| I am so so sorry for what you've been through with her. Poor little girl. I know that was a horribly difficult decision for you. You are in my prayers.

| It's so nice to chat with people that understand what I'm feeling. Some people think a person is alittle nutty to care so much about their animals. |

| I'm so truely sorry for your loss and a bit jealous that you had 16 long and wonderful years with your baby! She is now at the rainbow bridge where she is waiting for you and playing with our Mitzi that had to go last year. Rainbow Bridge Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... Author unknown... |
