| Does your baby make gerbil sounds? Well thats what my husband calls it! I'm not sure if this is a puppy thing, a Yorkie thing or just a Tobie thing. LOL. When Tobie is sleeping and someone picks him up he will make these little quiet whiny baby cooing sounds. That's the best way I can describe it. Kind of like he's saying, "Leaving me alone, I'm sleeping!". It's the cutest thing! Does anyone else's baby do this?

| I think it sounds like the mogwai's sounds on the movie Gremlins. I always have thought whoever made that movie had Yorkies. From the good little mogwais to the evil Gremlins they become when they get wet. My litter of puppies are really into making those little sounds now. I love them too.

| No sounds out of Puddin' except when she is dreaming about chasing something. But if we touch her when she is sleeping, she will cuddle herself in that direction, and snuggle into your hand, which is just precious!

| Only one of ours does it. She also is the one that "makes" her bed before she sleeps. It's just too cute. Pam |

| Yes, Yes, and yes again. It does sound like a little infant. Plus she makes all these other sounds. At first it sounds like a growl, but it isn't a growl. Hard to describe but she is a bundle of sounds, lol I think s**tzu's look exactly like the good Gremlin. I can't think of his name. The cute little one. Put a s**tzu pup right next to him. | Lucy makes gerbil sounds, too - in fact, my DH refers to her as a 'gerbil shepherd' because he reckons she has the colouring of a shep.
