| dgause7 Hi! I just got my Yorkie/Silky puppy Saturday and she is 7 weeks old! What a cutie!!!! I got her from a reputable breeder with all her medical records. My questions is that I read on a AKC website that other than the standard color for a Yorkie that health issues may develop because of color? She is a chocolate color but I was told she will become lighter as she matures. She was not represented as special or rare and is apparently very healthy thus far. Is this true? Her father is a 3.5 lb. Yorkie and Mom is a 4.5 lb. Silky. Thank you for any info you can give me! dgause7 |
