| I have a question My little Miley is 7 weeks old. She is pretty darn small. At what age can you weigh them and get a rough estimate of their adult weight. She was a singleton (only puppy in the litter) and her mom is 4 lbs, dad is 3 1/2. She was a pretty fat puppy being she was the only one getting moms milk. I am just curious how big she may be as an adult. The breeder I bought her from is a friend and she has had one litter with these parents before (had 2 pups) and they remained under 4 lbs as adults. Is that a good way to determine Miley's size too? |

However, it's always so hard to guess. All pups are different! My Jackson's parents were 7 and 8 pounds and Jackson is now 10 pounds at 5 months!
