| Differences Between Big & Little Yorkies Big: 5 or more pounds Little: less than 5 pounds - 3 to 4 pounds in particular What are the differences between big & little Yorkies besides weight & size? Specifically, are there differences in temperament (behavior, personality, trainability, & sociability), e.g., small tend to be more yappy, & interests, e.g., going for walks.

| Honestly I do not see how a pound or 2 can do a difference in any other than the size itself Yorkshires in general have a very characteristic temperament and I find it pretty much the same in yorkies of all sizes |

| The only difference I see is that I can fit "more" of the smaller yorkies on my lap!! Each one has their own personality... size has nothing to do with it.

Lap space is one of my reasons for wanting a small one.
