pigs ears vs bullie sticks just bought 2 giant bags on pigs ears for lexi and now was told not to give them to her...i know they are hard for them to digest, but sometimes i give it to her to keep her occupied when i have to get something done.. i was told bullie sticks are much better.. they can digest them. does anyone have any suggestions? i dont want to hurt my puppy.

I am not a big fan of bully sticks. They are slimy, smelly and icky, but dogs do LOVE them. lol I think they are ok for smaller pets such as our yorkies but I know with my bigger dog that she can chew on it till its all soft and slimey and a couple of times she tried to swollowed it and I had to pull it out of her throat because she was choking. Kinda off topic but a warning for those that have larger dogs as well as our little yorkies.

Yes, I believe they are. I don't think there is anything wrong with giving them to our yorkies if they like them.
