| ♥ Wanna see the cutest thing ever? (and a Missy update) ♥ Missy is doing FANTASTIC! I took her to the vet on Tuesday to have her stitches removed from her leg surgery. For those who don't know, she fractured her right humeral lateral condyle and had to go for emergency surgery with a specialist. Anyways, the vet is thrilled with Missy's healing, she's doing great. She said that she was amazed while reading the specialist report. The screw that was placed in Missy bone was only 2mm long! She doesn't know how the surgeon managed to do it. Hehe, no wonder he said, "it was like performing microscopic surgery". The only problem that we are having is restricting Missy's activity. The vet and specialist both recommend keeping her crated or in a small ex-pen for 6-8 weeks, and only slow walking is allowed. Missy isn't enjoying it at all. Missy has this little problem where she doesn't know how to walk, she only runs, pounces, and does jumping jacks LOL! I am holding her every moment that I can, and I bring her to my sons school in the morning and afternoon, and shopping in her carrier. I'm also bringing her to the park every day for a good 1-1.5 hrs and letting her sniff around while using her chattiesmom leash and harness. She just doesn't like being in her ex-pen so much, and I don't blame her! It is for her own good though, I guess. Anyways, today she was finally allowed to have her first bath since her leg was injured. I just HAD to try the new elastics that Des from mygofetch.com sent to me. This is Missy's first time wearing pigtails! Isn't she cute? For those who are wondering where to get great elastics that hold well, I HIGHLY recommend these! They are awesome, as is Des's customer service. She has the cutest clothes ever, Missy is wearing a pair of "Gofetch!" jammies in this picture too. And of course, she's loungin' on her diggy4 bed. Such wonderful products to be bought from the YT members here, I'm gonna go broke! P.S. I just want to say "Thank You" to those of you who have been checking in on Missy and truly care about how she's doing. We really appreciate all of the prayers and support.

| She is adorable. Love those little pigtails. I wish Kayla would even just wear bows. She pitches a fit. I am so glad she is doing good. I know how hard it is. I have had 2 with leg injuries in the past few years and its really hard keeping them calm down until that cast comes off. Try to keep a sane mind. lol!!! |

| You should buy them from Des @ mygofetch.com (she just posted above) They come in all different colours and they're super stretchy (only 0.75 per pack). They are holding really well too. Missy doesn't try to take these ones out, which tells me they must be more comfortable than the ones I bought at the drugstore.
