| Do puppies tend to inherit the colors/traits of one parent more than the other?

| Hmm, that is a good question, my little one is dark but have discovered that her hair is turning gray around her head, soooo I think she will be blonde? I was hoping she would keep the black coloring around her face. hmmm time will tell. It's always so exciting to see what yorkies will look like once they are finished growing.

| Suzi is 11 months old and was recently shaved down. When her hair grows back I can already tell it is going to be the sliver blue color with tan in the face! Long gone is all the puppy colors! I was amazed to see all the silver blue in her coat after being cut! She will look absolutely beautiful

| Adie and Skeeter have the same mother but different fathers. Adie is built like her mother but her coloring is like her father's Skeeter on the other hand is built like his grandmother and colored like his mother. There is nothing resembling his father in him that I can see. So the answer to your question is............. |

| Gracie Ruth recently had her 1st Birthday and we had a party and the whole family came. It was so much fun to see all 6 pups from the 2 litters together. They all are so different in color. Their mom has the silver and their dad is solid black and tan. The pups are all degrees inbetween. The 2 boys from the last litter look like twins and hopefully will keep their dads dark color. The other 4 have various degrees of silver. 1) Here's the mom, Lola 2) Gracie Ruth 3) Bella, her littermate 4) Pepper, sister from 2nd litter

| They're all so cute! But, OMG, I LOVE Yogi! And he doesn't look anything like his mom, and can't really see the dad's face to tell. |

| Yes, they did make some adorable babies, didn't they. And their personalities match. The 3 boys all have similar faces, a little longer nose then the girls. I'd actually say that parts takes after the mom. The girls all have the shorter noses like the dad, but all have more of the coloring of the mom. Yogi, ah my sweet mutant Yorkie Yogi. I think his face & color is more like his dads. Both parents are lovers and he definitely is that, but he has a very good sense of humor and enjoys playing and having fun. That is definitely his mom. But he's huge for his family, 4 lbs at 6 months. He towers over his sister and brother and is now bigger then Gracie Ruth who is 6 months older. I've been calling him my Incredible Hulk. I just love him! 1) This is one of his Christmas Portraits 2) Yogi on the left, brother Pablo on the right
