| Bully stick question OK...for those of you that know what a "bully stick" is... how often do you give them to your yorkie? I hear (not sure if this is true) that they are really good for the dogs as a treat since they have little fat and it would be difficult for them to choke on them. Stomper loves them (I know they are bulls you know whats) but he is SOOO happy when I give one to him. How often do you give a bully stick to your yorkie? Is once a week too much? I have a BIG 14 pound yorkie boy, not a tiny one so I am not sure if it is healthy or not to give him one a week. Please advise. Thanks for the advice!

| I alternate between bully sticks and flossies! I usually give them each one a week and they last. Hallie likes to hide hers under my pillow (yuck) and Simon only likes them if Hallie has chewed on them first |

| I give beef tendons (which I think are flossies). I don't give them bully sticks at all. |

| Ok, just to clarify. I'm not kidding either. What is a bully stick really made out of??

| They are a little pricey and I have three yorkies so they only get them once a month or so but it takes them that long to chew them up. |

| It takes wookie about two or three weeks on one.. he only chews it right before he goes to bed... its great cause it seems like he gets out the rest of his energy on it, then falls asleep. |

| Can you get these at Petsmart? Or do you have to go someplace special?
