| Washable Puppy Pads I the ones they use in the hospital but they are very big! I was wondering can you cut them and sew some other material on top? If so what is the best kind of material -- just to make them pretty. I was also going to use those for the belly bands instead of having to use a pad in it. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thank you all so much -- Just getting my stuff ready for my baby next week. Thanks -- -- Mickey |

| Well, I would put a waterproof layer on the bottom (if it doesn't already have one) to protect your floors and a pretty material on top, but make sure that it isn't slick or treated to prevent stains. I would think untreated cotton fabric or anything that absorbs well would work. The last thing you want is for it to run off. Belly bands? IDK...I would think they would be way too heavy/bulky made out of that material, but I don't have a yorkie who uses them, so I can't really say.
