| Newbie Here Hello all! I am new the forum and a new yorkie owner. Currently we have a 5 yr old male toy poodle, 2 cats, and a bird. Our neighbors had Yorkie puppies in Sept. and my husband has been in awe of them ever since. As a long time toy poodle lover and owner I said NO every time he asked about us buying one. We don't know a thing about Yorkies I kept telling him. Friday I broke down and said yes. We are now pround parents to Princess Tiffany. I have been doing as much research and reading as I can about our new little miss. Yorkies are definitly different than toy poodles but she is such a joy and I am very happy we decided to get her. If there was one thing about Yorkie's you think a new owner should know what would you tell them? |

| So far Princess doesn't seem to be picky. I bought her the puppy formula of what we already feed out toy poodle. Blue Buffalo all natural dog food. She is a gassy girl though. I figured that was due to the food change. |
