| Just a Minute ... NOW I understand I've just been listening to Radio 4's popular 'quiz' show, where contestants have to talk for one minute on any given subject without hestitation, repetition or deviation. Whilst listening, Lucy was driving me nuts, barking like mad every half a minute or so - I couldn't figure it out, and she wouldn't settle. So I turned off the radio to go downstairs with her - and it stopped! No more barky madness. Then I finally twigged - the buzzer used by contestants on 'Just A Minute' sounds exactly like our doorbell - no wonder she was so frustrated when I just carried on typing and listening to the radio!

| Thats so funny! My husband has a doorbell ringtone on his phone and the dogs go nuts when his phone rings. I keep trying to get him to change it.

| Mine go crazy with doorbells ringing on the TV or whatever too. The other day I was watching a movie and the pups were curled up by me sleeping. I decided to be goofy and yelled "DING DONG" and they jumped up and ran to the door barking. It was great!

| Bad, bad Mommy! All I have to say is, "Daddy's Home!" and all three go running to the backdoor barking their little heads off. Even if they are sitting on DH's lap when I say it, they love their daddy so much and are so happy when he comes home. lol

| HAHA yea All I have to say is "Where's DADDY?!" and they go nuts, especially Chip who is a daddy's boy to the extreme. Hubby used to work night shift and he'd be coming in just as I was leaving and as it got close to the time he was supposed to get home, I say "Chip, where's daddy?!" and his tail seemed like it was going 100 mph. Silly puppies!
