| 9.7 miles WoW! It was a beautiful sunny day at Flagler Beach Fl on Saturday 1-10-09. 80 degrees with blue skies. We decided to take Teddy on a 9.8 mile walk. At our 5 mile lunch break big T had a good meal and really didn't rest too much. After that he started to lay down at water breaks. then at 9.7 miles we could see that he was pooped out so we carried him the rest of the way. What a valiant effort though. From now on we will let him max his walking distance to about 5 miles and carry him the rest of the way. T-Money runs with the big dogs

| Sounds like a great day had by all! My DH takes our crew on long walks too. I do worry a little as both Gracie Ruth and Yogi are under 1 year of age, but he watches closely for signs of fatigue...which never seem to appear. All 3 LOVE walkies and I think would walk on for miles and miles if allowed. And don't they sleep well after a good long walk!! 1) DH with Yogi, Gracie Ruth (with the worried look because Daddy's holding her in such a way as to 'expose' her who-ha to the world DADDY!!) & Boo
