| I'm getting it. I don't know when my subscription runs out, though. I like it. I like to read the stories, look at what's for sale, and read up on the highlighted breeds. I love the pictures, too!

| I had a subscription and will not be renewing. When I went on their website and it said that the average Yorkie weight is 12 pounds, it turned me off. That is obviously not true...all they had to do is go to akc.org to see that. So I have a bit of trouble trusting what they print... I also didn't find anything in there that interesting. I think next time I will go with one of the AKC magazines or maybe one printed for DVMs.

| my vote is NO! i will not renew once the subscription runs out. it's mostly ads! there are a few articles in there but nothing that cant be found online. i am very disappointed with the magazine, i feel like for the quality and the amount of ads placed in the magazine, they magazine should be given out for free. i feel like i am paying to see a bunch of ads!

| Not worth it I get it every two years as a present from a friend. She shows goldens and has adds in the magazine so it's more of a look I'm in the book type thing. It's sort of okay, I wouldn't pay for it. it's a 100 page mag basically with atleast 20 to 30 pages of adds for breeders. Some of the breeders in there are aslo huge mills. I know as a fact with two of the great dane breeders, and two breeders of german shepherds and dobermans and rotts. Dog Fancy is aware of this and still takes they're adds. I will suport not suport that. If they feature a popular breed the adds are huge and are endless. Alot of information is misleading and until recent years they never mentioned rescue as a option to find a breed. As I said before it's a mag for the clueless dog buyer who wants the lexis of the pop breeds with someone telling them who is uber cute and who {the adds} to buy from. they never feature mutts, though they've been known to push designer pups. We use the pictures in the mag to plaster my kids walls. As they love all breeds and that's about it. ty |
