| I'm with ya. Healthy eating and exercise. I worked hard to lose 144 lbs, and over the holidays, I've gained back about 15. I need to get back into my "groove". Happy New Years!

| I use to be a little crazy as far as excercising goes and eatting...I am 6 foot tall and I was under weight so gaining was good I just need to lean up and eat healthier...all in moderation is key. Good luck to everyone and remember we can do it!!!

| Hi all..Happy New year..i need to lose a stone, and i'm determined to do it this time! I also need to de-clutter and do more housework, although i do think that life is too short to spend too much time on it!! Also on the list is to go and see lots of new places with Molly (although she doesnt really care where she is as long as i'm there and there are some lamposts to sniff!!) |
