| anyone put boots/shoes on their yorkie? Hi, I'm considering buying some boots for Tallulah because she gets cold outside in our snowy Minnesota weather. I put up a couple other threads but got few responses. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on boots/shoes for our pups? |

| I know petedge.com has some. I have booties for Finnigan. He won't go in the snow without them. Its so funny to watch them walk the first time you put them one, but he got used to it! Just make sure they don't get lost in the snow. You have to put them on much tighter than you'd think!

| We laughed so hard when we put Larkin's boots on for the first time that we put them on Diesel after we got him just to see if it was just her! They both did the same thing. My DH felt so bad for the dogs b/c we were laughing hysterically!!! Definitely have your video camera ready....it was probably one of the funniest/cutest things I have ever witnessed!!!! |

| My girl's paws are so small that I haven't found any boots or socks that fits her... They usually come off.

YT 500 Club Member | Our problem is wet grass. She LOVES snow. Has anyone had experience with this? Will they go onto the wet grass with the boots? I don't want to buy them if we still have the problem.

| Yeah, Finnigan hates anything wet and cold. Snow was our biggest problem. Once he was mores used to the booties he did ok on it, I don't see why it wouldn't help with your wet grass.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I answered your other thread. You might trying pm'ing alaskayorkie for some good, winter-snow boot recommendations. He would know more about them than anyone else on yt that I can think of.

| Great thread... how big are your yorkies that wear booties? Duke is 5.5lbs and everything I've seen seem too big for him. What size do you usually buy?
